| 1. May’2001: Successful launch of iCelerate UK for ERP & AMS: Successfully launched iCelerate UK ORACLE ERP Operations in the UK, and grew the Business to over GBP 2.0 million within 14 months flat. (success story on Invest.uk website). During the period, I developed 2-3 key sales relationships; and established the business processes for iCelerate UK. Successfully managed the outsourcing of our non-core functions (BPO) internally to India office, thus bringing great cost benefits to UK operation. Before moving to UK to launch iCelerate UK operation, I established development centre with team engineers for ERP practice (Oracle). All achieved within 4 months (May 2001). |

I successfully managed operation of over USD 5.0M I was responsible for business operation; Development & Management of Client relationships; Project Management & HR resourcing Management. |

Europe, C Asia, CIS countries, Russia , Indian sub-continent. Company received ICMA award for excellence in International Engineering Services. |

| 4. Nov’1990-1995: Project Management, Engineering & Product Management: Managed a business turnover ~ 20million USD / year. Negotiated contracts / agreements with European firms. Actively interacted with APV (USA/UK), Pieralisi & Fenco ( Italy ), DAB (Ger) and Drytec ( UK). Managed & executed more than 65 turnkey plants (from 0.8 to 4 million USD) in India & Indian subcontinent. Provided Leadership to group of 70+ engineers during 5-7 yrs activity. Rated Front-runner in Business India. |

Formulated & lead functional departments: Project & Product marketing, Sales & Engg, Procurement, Construction & Project management. I was Director of an EPC company in Professional capacity (1993-99). |

| 6. Nov’1986: Research based indigenously developed chemical plant: Successfully implemented full production facility for pharmaceutical intermediate (process plant) through basic research, pilot scale, semi-commercial to commercial production with 4 years of consistence efforts. |
