Mr Vikas Kakade holds Masters in Chemical engineering (BUDCT, India) and Masters in Business Management (Finance and Marketing). A keen student of business, engineering and IT technologies management, Vikas brings over 24+ years' of experience / expertise from industry domains such as process plants (Biotech, Pharma, Food & Drinks, and Chemicals); ITES / ERP and engineering services; Programme / Project Management - in diverse international cultures and markets such as Europe, Asia, Russia/CIS and USA. |

| As Head of UK Operation, Vikas has set up Software based engineering service (process engineering), Software testing and Mobile software development business for Softspin UK Ltd at London, and developed strategies for business growth. Earlier, as VP Europe, he successfully launched ERP and AMS software service operation for iCelerate Inc, growing the market by pioneering - Outsourcing to Offshore methodology. He has set up a Dual-Shore (Onsite/Offshore) project management operation in Pune (India) for product development, engineering and software testing service, and also managed acquisition of a local Indian company.

| During 2006_08, he provided leadership to start up venture (VC funding - interacted with US) and formulated business strategies to implement global vision; also built a team to develop a solution framework on .NET technology. The framework called "Real Time Plant information and Remote monitoring Solution” was successfully launched within 14 months flat and first deployed for Biofuel plants in the US/UK. Vikas formulated sales, marketing and operation functions for the business venture, which was successfully merged with global technology engineering company (May 2007). In 2008_09, Vikas was engaged in developing CFD solutions and services for complex multiphase fluid flows using FLUENT, gPROMS and custom developed software tools for different industries.

| For last 2+ year, he has been engaged by Pune based firm for formulating strategies for growth in “Real Time Remote Monitoring Services” & ITES services for global mining sector.

| Vikas has won several awards; notably leading a team to win ICMA Award for Best Performance for “International Marketing & Engineering Service (1996); and was listed as a Front Runner in “Business India”(1992); Vikas has been selected as member of prestigious "Business Strategy Group" of the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI), London (www.soci.org), a unique international forum where science meets business. Established in 1881, SCI has presence in over 70 countries with international headquarter in London, UK, and it has offices in the USA, Canada and Australia.

| He has been invited onto the examination boards of the Universities of Mumbai and Pune; and was a visiting faculty for number of engineering and management institutions in Pune. Vikas comes with a wealth of experience operating at senior levels within a number of different industries in international markets. Vikas has managed several international assignments including new start-ups.
